These are pre-owned chairs pulled from corporate offices, so expect light cosmetic wear consistent with age — we call out anything notable on each product page. Mechanically, every chair is tested for lift, tilt, recline, and (where applicable) arm adjustment before it's listed. Nothing ships broken, and nothing ships as a surprise.

Warranty

Every chair includes a 30-day functional warranty on the core mechanisms — gas lift, tilt, and recline. If a covered part fails within 30 days of delivery or pickup, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

Pickup & Shipping

Reserve your chair online, then pick it up at our warehouse — no freight fees, and we'll help you get it dialed in before you leave. Prefer delivery? We can also arrange shipping; reach out after checkout and we'll get you a quote.
